These Terms and Conditions govern your use of fbaja and all services offered on this platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets.

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and fbaja ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the fbaja website and all related services, including online casino games, sports betting, crash games, live dealer games, and any promotional offers made available through the platform.

Clause 1

Eligibility Requirements

Access to fbaja and its services is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions. fbaja reserves the right to request documentation to verify eligibility at any time, and to suspend or permanently close any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

  • You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
  • You must be a natural person with the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law.
  • You must register only one account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under your own name or under aliases — is strictly prohibited.
  • You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information at registration and must update that information promptly if it changes.
  • You must not be a current employee, contractor, or agent of fbaja, nor an immediate family member of such a person, when using the platform for real-money gaming.
KYC Verification
fbaja operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme. All players must complete identity verification before making their first withdrawal. fbaja may request KYC documents at any point during account activity. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the time requested will result in withdrawal suspension until the matter is resolved.
Clause 2

Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one active account on fbaja. The account belongs to the registered individual and is non-transferable. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs on your account, regardless of whether that activity was authorised by you.

Password Security
You must maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your mobile number and password with any other person. fbaja support staff will never ask you for your password by any means of communication. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact fbaja support immediately and change your password.
Account Closure by Player
You may close your fbaja account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, you must withdraw any eligible remaining balance. Bonuses that have not yet met their wagering requirements will be forfeited on closure. Self-exclusion requests are processed separately and take effect immediately upon confirmation.
Account Suspension by fbaja
fbaja reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where: eligibility conditions are not met; the player has provided false or misleading information; suspected fraudulent, abusive or collusive activity is detected; or the player has breached any provision of these Terms. In cases of suspected fraud, fbaja may withhold funds pending investigation.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on fbaja are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) using the supported payment methods listed below. fbaja does not charge players a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your mobile financial service provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, etc.) may apply their own transaction charges.

Supported Payment Methods
fbaja currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All payment method accounts used for transactions on fbaja must be registered in the same name as the fbaja account holder. Third-party payment accounts are not permitted.
Deposit Processing
Deposits are credited to your fbaja account balance within approximately 60 seconds of successful payment confirmation. If a deposit is not reflected in your balance within 15 minutes, contact fbaja support with the transaction reference number from your mobile financial service. fbaja is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider's network.
Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. Players must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed. fbaja aims to process approved withdrawal requests within a reasonable time frame; processing times may vary depending on KYC status and any ongoing account review.

Anti-Money Laundering: fbaja is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activity. All transactions are monitored. fbaja reserves the right to investigate any transaction and to delay or withhold funds pending investigation where suspicious activity is identified. Players must not use fbaja as a financial transfer service.
Clause 4

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

fbaja may, from time to time, offer bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible registered players. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements and expiry periods, which will be stated clearly at the time each offer is presented. The following general conditions apply to all bonus offers on the platform:

  • Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash.
  • Wagering requirements must be met within the stated time period. Bonus funds that remain outstanding at the expiry of that period will be removed from the account without notice.
  • fbaja reserves the right to reclaim any bonus funds that were credited as a result of a technical error, system malfunction, or abuse of a promotional offer.
  • Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Players who appear to be exploiting promotional structures — including through multi-accounting, coordinated wagering, or unusual patterns — may have their bonus access restricted or removed permanently.
  • fbaja reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring the terms of any offer already accepted by an eligible player.
Clause 5

Responsible Gaming

fbaja is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from every registered player's account settings. fbaja encourages all players to use these tools to manage their gaming activity and to seek help if they feel that gaming is negatively affecting them or those around them.

Deposit Limits
Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Once set, a limit may only be decreased immediately; any increase to an existing limit will take effect after a mandatory waiting period. Deposit limits are a permanent feature of the platform and cannot be disabled.
Session Reminders
Players may set session time reminders which will trigger an on-screen notification when the chosen time period has elapsed. fbaja recommends setting session reminders as part of a healthy gaming routine. Session reminders do not automatically end a gaming session; they prompt the player to review their activity.
Self-Exclusion
Players may request self-exclusion from the platform for a defined period or permanently. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account is suspended for all gaming activity. fbaja will not reverse a self-exclusion before the stated period has expired. Players who feel they need immediate help with problem gambling are encouraged to contact fbaja support at any time.
Clause 6

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on fbaja. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.

  • Using the platform while under the age of 21 or on behalf of any person under the age of 21.
  • Registering more than one account or assisting another person in creating a duplicate account for the purpose of exploiting bonuses or circumventing restrictions.
  • Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with games, place bets, or manipulate outcomes on the platform.
  • Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including through coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit platform mechanics.
  • Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or illegal financial activity through the platform, including depositing funds derived from criminal sources.
Consequences of Prohibited Conduct
Where prohibited conduct is identified or reasonably suspected, fbaja reserves the right to: immediately suspend the account pending investigation; permanently close the account and void all pending bets; withhold or forfeit any balance including winnings derived from prohibited activity; and report the matter to relevant law enforcement or financial intelligence authorities.
Clause 7

Intellectual Property

All content available on the fbaja platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, text, logos, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of fbaja or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the fbaja platform without prior written consent from fbaja. Unauthorised use of platform content may constitute an infringement of intellectual property rights and will result in immediate account termination.

Clause 8

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fbaja's liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform is limited as follows:

  • fbaja shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including losses of winnings, profits, or data.
  • fbaja does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances beyond fbaja's reasonable control may result in temporary service interruptions. fbaja is not liable for losses sustained during any such interruption.
  • In any case where fbaja is found liable to a player, the maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Clause 9

Privacy and Data Protection

fbaja collects, stores and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy forms part of this Agreement and should be read in conjunction with these Terms.

fbaja uses SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the platform. Passwords are stored in encrypted form and are never accessible to fbaja staff in plain text. fbaja does not sell personal data to third parties. Player data is used exclusively for the purposes of account management, payment processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.

Amendments to These Terms

fbaja reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, fbaja will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Where fbaja considers a change to be significant, reasonable notice will be provided through the platform prior to the change taking effect.

Your continued use of the fbaja platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting fbaja support.
